Ioba / Montée-Couleurs: The High Commissioner of the Ioba province, Bernadette Adenyo / Sermé salutes the resilience of teachers

On the occasion of the raising of colors ceremony on Monday October 2, 2023 in Dano, the High Commissioner of Ioba province, Bernadette Adenyo / Sermé praised the resilience of teachers.

Coinciding with the start of the school year, Dakolé A ex Dano A hosted the flag raising ceremony.

This civic culture ceremony brought together the bodies, educational supervisors, preschool, primary and secondary teachers, parents, the defense and security forces (FDS) and students.

At the end of the military ceremonial, the high commissioner of Ioba province, Bernadette Adenyo / Sermé, wished the students a very good return to school.

Mrs. Adenyo informed the students that the report from the previous school year shows very satisfactory results.

Indeed, the first candidates for the primary education certificate (CEP), the first cycle studies certificate (BEPC) and the baccalaureate session of 2023 are from Ioba.

‘We are very happy with the work accomplished, dear students,’ she said.

She encouraged them to remain
attentive and disciplined and to continue with this momentum.

The first official of the province also thanked and congratulated the school, high school and college teachers, educational supervisors, provincial directors and parents of students.

She also made special mention of the local authorities who played a major role throughout the past school year.

Bernadette Adenyo also praised the resilience of teachers, especially in areas with high security challenges.

She recognized the contribution of members of the bodies constituted in the face of problems of insecurity, all things which enabled the effective holding of classes in schools all year round.

The High Commissioner thanked the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the (VDP) of Ioba for their contribution.
