Ioba - The First Cycle Study Certificate (BEPC) in Ioba province saw its success rate increase from 38.05% in 2023 to 44.27% in 2024, marking a significant improvement. This year, a total of 2,982 candidates participated in the examination, with 1,320 achieving the certification.

According to Burkina Information Agency, this progress reflects an overall growth of 6.22% in the success rate compared to the previous year. Of the successful candidates, 728 were boys, who achieved a success rate of 50.07%, and 592 were girls, with a success rate of 38.74%.

This positive trend in educational outcomes highlights ongoing improvements in academic performance in the region. The province of Ioba continues to make strides in enhancing educational standards and supporting student success across both genders.
