Shaanxi: Inter Milan right-back Denzel Dumfries has sent his best wishes to China League One club Shaanxi Union, emphasizing that "winning mentality is everything in life."

According to Namibia Press Agency, Dumfries shared his thoughts through a video released by the Chinese second-tier club located in west China's Shaanxi province. He highlighted the importance of determination and the collective effort to win as crucial elements in football.

Shaanxi Union's head coach Giovanni Franken, who coached Dumfries in Aruba from 2013 to 2015, initiated the contact with the Nerazzurri defender to provide encouragement to his players. Dumfries acknowledged the team's willingness to support each other, calling it the most important aspect of football.

The 29-year-old Dutch international encouraged the players, stating, "Each day is an opportunity to get a better player. I want to wish you all guys the best of luck the rest of the season and make the best of it."

Shaanxi Union celebrated a 4-2 victory over Shanghai Jiading Huilong in their recent China League One match on Sunday. This win marked their third consecutive triumph across the league and the Chinese Football Association Cup.
