This exchange meeting aimed to lay the foundations for a united and effective operation to achieve the objectives assigned to the inspection.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the heads of the supervisory, human resources, material and financial management, examinations and competitions, statistics, inclusive education, and secretariat services were present for this exchange. Inspector Ky emphasized the principle of continuity and improvement, stating that the new system is not "reinventing the road," but rather part of a dynamic of progress focused on efficiency, cohesion, and administrative rigor.

He stressed the need for a strong team, capable of responding in real time to requests from the ministry, particularly in terms of data collection and reporting. The head of the human resources department, Godefroi Roland Ki-zerbo, emphasized the importance of confidentiality in the handling of administrative files, particularly those related to assignments and competitions, in order to avoid any premature disclosure.

Several staff members shared the challenges they faced in their respective departments, related to workload, the availability of digital tools, administrative rules, and coordination. The principle of solidarity between departments was reaffirmed as a guarantee of efficiency. The statistics department, represented by Tigiane Antoine Ki, emphasized the need for a suitable mechanism to reconcile its internal duties with its parallel activities as an AIB correspondent, while ensuring data reliability. The issue of an official document authorizing travel outside of work hours was also raised to eliminate any administrative ambiguity.

Proposals have been made to implement weekly monitoring of files, organize the digital and physical classification of archives, and anticipate quarterly and annual deadlines. In closing, Inspector Bruno Ky thanked the staff for their commitment and availability, recalling that the key words of his vision are solidarity, transparency, and commitment.
