Nayala: "Redouble your efforts for even more convincing results," urges Idrissa Rouko, the DP in charge of Secondary Education. The provincial director of secondary education and vocational and technical training, Idrissa Rouko, urged education stakeholders on Tuesday to "redouble their efforts for even more convincing results" during the first ordinary management council meeting for the 2025-2026 year.
According to Burkina Information Agency, DP Rouko welcomed the good results recorded in the 2025 session exams. However, he invited stakeholders to maintain their commitment in order to obtain even more convincing results during the current year. Rouko also mentioned the major reforms underway at the ministry, including vocational training in general education establishments, as well as strengthening civic and patriotic guidance for learners.
He invited participants to subscribe to the Universal Health Insurance Scheme (RAMU), highlighting the advantages it offers. During the council meeting, the heads of the various departments presented the review of the past school year, as well as the administrative and educational situation for the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
These communications reveal the effective implementation of school councils in almost all secondary schools in the province, as well as the reopening of several post-primary and secondary structures. The participants expressed their commitment to continue the work begun, in order to consolidate the achievements and meet the educational challenges of the secondary sector in the province of Nayala.
