Bobo-dioulasso: The organizing committee for the official launch of the Artistic and Cultural Month (MAC) held a planning meeting this Thursday in Bobo-Dioulasso to ensure the success of the event scheduled for June 15 at the Monseigneur Anselme Titianma Sanon House of Culture. The aim of this meeting was to promote consultation between the various stakeholders involved in the organization of this cultural and educational event.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the discussions focused on the practical aspects related to the organization of the launch ceremony, including the planning of activities included in the program and the arrangements to be made for the smooth running of the event. The focus is now on rehearsals and final adjustments before the official launch scheduled for Monday, June 15 at the Monseigneur Anselme Titianma Sanon House of Culture.

At the end of the discussions, the participants reaffirmed their shared desire to make the Artistic and Cultural Month a privileged framework for promoting student talent and showcasing the cultural and artistic riches of the region. Presiding over the proceedings, the Regional Director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education for Guiriko, Soilliou Karantao, called for the commitment and mobilization of all stakeholders to ensure a successful organization of the MAC launch in the region.

The meeting brought together, in particular, the Regional Director of Communication, Culture, Arts and Tourism of Guiriko, Boukary Malgoubri, the Provincial Director of Communication, Culture, Arts and Tourism of Houet, Rosine Band©/Diabat©, the Heads of Basic Education Districts (CCEB), as well as representatives from the educational, cultural and artistic sectors.
