Houet: The P©ni Departmental High School held its monthly flag-raising ceremony on Monday, a ceremony imbued with strong civic and patriotic values. The national anthem, the Ditany¨, as well as the AES anthem, were sung with pride and dignity, highlighting the solemn and symbolic nature of this moment.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Prefect, President of the Special Delegation of the municipality of P©ni, Moumouni Ou©draogo, reiterated that the national flag remains a sacred symbol of the Nation. He emphasized the central role of schools in the Popular Progressive Revolution, stressing that this movement requires not spectators, but fully engaged participants.

The PDS has launched an appeal to all active forces to get more involved in making the commune of P©ni a benchmark in terms of development. The principal of the P©ni departmental high school, Kalilou Traor©, praised the strong turnout of students, teachers, parents, and the Defense and Security Forces (FDS). He also expressed his gratitude to the authorities for choosing his school to host this important event.
