Historic First in Bogand© as Entrance Exam for Kadiogo Military Academy Takes Place

Bogand©: The Secretary General of the Gnagna Province, Mendien dit Moussa Soma, representing the High Commissioner, officially launched the entrance exams for the Kadiogo Military Academy (PMK) at the Bantia Public Primary School. This event marks a historic first for Bogand©, the capital of the Sirba region, as it hosts this prestigious exam, highlighting a significant step towards decentralizing examinations and making educational services more accessible to the local population.

According to Burkina Information Agency, a total of 13 candidates from the communes of Bilanga, Pi©la, and Bogand© are participating in the examination session, which is being conducted at a single center. The launch was marked by the commencement of the first event, a dictation titled "The field of the school." Secretary General Mendien dit Moussa Soma, in his remarks, praised the collaborative efforts of the decentralized education services, military authorities, and local officials for ensuring that the exams are conducted under favorable conditions. He emphasized the importance of composure, integrity, and discipline for all candidates throughout the examination process.

"This first organization of the PMK exams in Bogand© is the result of a collective commitment and reflects the authorities' desire to bring educational services closer to the people," stated Soma. The hosting of the exams in Bogand© has been met with enthusiasm and determination among the candidates. Many expressed relief at being able to take the exams locally, avoiding the inconvenience of traveling to distant examination centers. This initiative aligns with a broader strategy to foster academic excellence and ensure equal opportunities for students across the Sirba region.
