Some of the highlights of the successes achieved in the five districts namely Frances Baard, ZF Mgcawu, Namakwa, JTG and Pixley Ka Seme are as follows.

In the JTG district, the Kathu dumping site was visited by the Kathu SAPS Social Crime Coordinator, Sector Commander and Safety volunteers where they engaged and interacted with community members at the site educating and sensitising them on substance abuse and distributed safety pamphlets.

Stations also conducted random vehicle check points to address traffic transgressions and focus on the transportation of stolen goods, illegal firearms and drugs.

The high density operations will continue and more boots on the ground will ensure increased visibility in all hot spot areas in an attempt to reclaim the community from criminals.
