Solenzo: The High Commissioner of Banwa province, Sanfienale Joseph Sirima, has called on all social strata of the province to collaborate for a united and prosperous future. This appeal was made on Monday, December 1, 2025, during the final flag-raising ceremony of the year at the prefecture of Solenzo.

According to Burkina Information Agency, various leaders from different social groups gathered around the flagpole at the prefecture of Solenzo. The event, which commenced with the national anthem sung in unison by enthusiastic participants at 7:30 a.m., signified the last raising of the rotating colors for the year.

The High Commissioner acknowledged the contributions of everyone involved in fostering development and social cohesion across the province. He extended his congratulations to the FDS, VDP, and all individuals committed to building a resilient and determined province. He urged participants to reflect on their actions and behaviors, emphasizing the importance of contributing positively to the province's development to better face the upcoming year.

Additionally, the Secretary General of Banwa province, Abdoul Kader KongZabre, utilized the occasion to encourage donations to Faso Mebo. In response, wives of customary figures, entrepreneurs, masons, and mobile money point managers contributed materials such as cement, wheelbarrows, shovels, and gloves.
