According to Burkina Information Agency, High Commissioner Dembel© commended the people of Kossi for their courage and achievements during a year he described as immense in terms of challenges. He noted that the province faced significant security and humanitarian issues that required a patriotic response from its residents. "Brave and resilient people of Kossi, receive my fraternal greetings," Dembel© said, emphasizing the collaborative efforts across public, private, and informal sectors to maintain security and development.
Dembel© paid tribute to the victims of the ongoing crisis and praised the national authorities, including President Captain Ibrahim Traor©, and the defense and security forces for their role in ensuring peace. He particularly noted the end-of-year gift from the population-a drone-highlighting its importance in the fight against insecurity.
As the province looks ahead to 2025, Dembel© urged unity and collaboration among the people of Kossi to tackle upcoming challenges and foster solidarity.
