High Commissioner Honors Teachers at Solenzo School Ceremony

Banwa: The High Commissioner paid a vibrant tribute to the teachers of the ‘VDP of Chalk and Education’ on Monday, June 2, 2025, during the traditional rotating colors ceremony at the Solenzo ‘A’ public primary school. The traditional raising of the rotating colors initiated by the High Commissioner, Sanfi©nal© Joseph Sirima, every first Monday of the month brought together civilians and the FDS around 7:15 a.m.

According to Burkina Information Agency, after the raising of the colors followed by the national anthem sung in Dioula by the students of the “A” school in Solenzo, the High Commissioner paid a vibrant tribute to the VDP of education. Mr. Sirima congratulated education stakeholders for their resilience, especially with the opening of all the Basic Education Districts in the province. “Thanks to you, the doctor prescribed, thanks to you, the president leads. This is to say that you are to be congratulated,” the High Commissioner said in his message. He wished luck to all the students in the CEP and BEPC exam class, which will begin on Tuesday, June 3.

The High Commissioner informed his constituents that the results of fiscal exemplarity during the previous flag-raising event last month were satisfactory, as this two-day operation raised 2 million CFA francs.
