The Secretary General of the Hauts-Bassins region, Mariama Konaté/Gnanou, on Tuesday called on the population of the region to join the popular shareholding launched by the president of the transition, Ibrahim Traoré .

The secretary general of the Hauts-Bassins region, Mariam Konaté/Gnanou indicated that the authorities of the transition want to build the development of the country on endogenous resources.

For her, "this desire was materialized by the launch of popular shareholding by the president of the transition, on Monday, June 12, 2023. I invite the populations of the Hauts-Bassins to respond to the call of the head of the State, by massively subscribing to this initiative to create businesses and jobs,” said Ms. Konaté.

The regional secretary general launched this appeal in Bobo-Dioulasso during the monthly ceremony of the raising of the national colors in the Hauts-Bassins region.

During this ceremony of the rise of colors, all the constituted bodies of the Hauts-Bassin and the traditional chiefs were present.

In unison, they all sang the national anthem "Le Dytaniè" and raised the national flag, which is the symbol of national unity and belonging to the Burkinabè Nation.

The Secretary General of the Hauts-Bassins region, Mariama Konaté/Gnanou took the opportunity to recognize and salute the efforts made by the water and forest agents and all the staff of the regional directorate in charge of the environment. .

For her, it is a paramilitary body which, in addition to its primary mission, contributes enormously to the security of our cities and countryside and, indirectly, to the development of the rural world,” she said.
