Guitti: The educational community of the Guitti school in the Basic Education District (CEB) of S©gu©n©ga 1 let its heart speak on Friday, January 23, by contributing to the promotion of the local school canteen for the benefit of the learners, AIB observed.

According to Burkina Information Agency, these contributions consist of 3.775 tonnes of rice, 650 kg of sorghum, 150 kg of beans, 80 litres of oil, and an envelope containing 190,500F. The contribution was presented during a ceremony attended by a delegation from the coordinating committee of the "School Feeds its Students" (ENSE) initiative.

A delegation from the ENsE initiative, led by the Head of the basic district (CCEB) of S©gu©n©ga 1, Noaga Michel Kindo, proceeded to receive and make available food to the beneficiaries, who are the students of the Guitti school. With a student body of 212, these supplies will easily cover more than five months of cooking.

The population of the village, who were keen to improve the learning conditions of their children, were thanked by the head of the ENsE initiative for their contribution to the local canteen. This effort aligns with the ministry in charge of education's advocacy for food sovereignty in schools.
