Governor of Center-West Region Urges Citizens to Embrace Patriotic Slogans

Koudougou: Governor Boubacar Nouhoun Traoré of Burkina Faso’s Center-West region called on citizens to adopt the patriotic slogans of President Ibrahim Traoré during the launch of the second edition of the National Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation on Wednesday.



According to Burkina Information Agency, speaking to a large crowd gathered at the Koudougou governorate square, Governor Traoré read a message from the President, urging citizens to reinforce national unity and engage in actions that support the state’s sovereignty. The event, which was marked by the raising of the national flag and the singing of the national anthem, focused on the theme, “For a strong and sovereign nation, do not betray our homeland.”



Traoré called on all citizens to take concrete actions in their daily lives that reflect their commitment to the motherland. After the ceremony, participants returned to their respective duties to continue contributing to the country’s development.
