OUAGADOUGOU — Secretary General of the Government and the Council of Ministers, Mathias Traoré, announced on Thursday the initiation of training sessions designed to enhance the career management skills of 130 government agents. These sessions, scheduled from July 1 to 24, 2024, aim to improve the handling of civil service careers within the department.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the training responds to President Ibrahim Traoré’s initiative to bolster the administration with skilled and conscientious public agents. It will focus on critical areas such as career management and public service ethics, aiming to cultivate a heightened sense of responsibility among the staff of the general secretariat and the Council of Ministers. Traoré highlighted that this educational effort would address gaps in knowledge that could potentially lead to errors in their professional conduct.
