At the second site, the delegation inspected a multi-purpose building, which is 35% complete, and a storage facility with a 7% completion rate. The High Commissioner emphasized the importance of the visit to ensure the projects' effectiveness and to motivate the technicians and workers involved.

Mr. Nacanabo expressed satisfaction with the construction progress and commended the technical and financial partners for their commitment to the initiative. He noted that these projects align with the government's efforts to improve living conditions and expressed hope for strengthened partnerships. Additionally, he advocated for a perimeter fence to secure the infrastructure.

On behalf of the beneficiaries, Kampadiba J©r´me Idani acknowledged the positive impact of these projects on local populations. He highlighted the High Intensity Labor (HIMO) approach, which employs local youth and skills, as beneficial for reducing poverty and improving youth employability amid the influx of internally displaced persons in Fada N'Gourma.
