Gourma/Faso Mªbo: The President of the Special Delegation Calls for General Mobilization for Success

Gourma: The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of Fada N'Gourma, Kampadilemba Jr´me Idani, urged the residents of his jurisdiction to increase their efforts towards the success of the Faso Mªbo presidential initiative. This appeal was made on Friday, November 28, 2025, emphasizing the ongoing work aimed at improving the well-being of the local population.

According to Burkina Information Agency, since the launch of the initiative on September 30, 2025, the production of cobblestones for the beautification of Fada N'Gourma has been progressing, supported by a diverse range of community resources. The town hall has already contributed 5 tons of cement and various tools, while local aggregate vendors have supplied 98 loads of sand to aid the effort.

The civil prison has committed 50 inmates to community service, aligning with their sentences, to assist in the initiative. The town hall has also allocated sixteen tricycles and provided occasional fuel support to facilitate operations. Three municipal agents are overseeing the progress, and a Sinotruk brand dumpster has been made available as of November 28, 2025.

Efforts to enhance the surrounding areas of the central market are underway with the involvement of heavy machinery learners, arranged by PDS Idani. Additional support is anticipated with the provision of a charger for the project.

Two sites have been designated for Faso Mªbo, with one being fully fenced. Regular field visits by the chief magistrate ensure that the teams remain motivated and that progress is monitored. The PDS has expressed gratitude for the community's spontaneous support, acknowledging contributions ranging from water and food donations to volunteer labor from various community members.

Despite the significant progress, challenges remain. PDS Idani calls for continued support from the residents of Fada N'Gourma, stressing that the success of Faso Mªbo relies on collective participation. He emphasizes that the initiative extends beyond the town hall's responsibilities and encourages contributions from all sectors.

Mr. Idani views Faso Mªbo as a policy grounded in collective commitment and urges local entrepreneurs to provide equipment and resources while awaiting the full deployment of the presidential brigade.
