Gourma/Faso Mªbo: Students from Yembila Abdoulaye Toguyeni University Contribute 300,000 CFA Francs

Fada n'gourma: More than one hundred students from the Yembila Abdoulaye Toguyeni University (UYAT) of Fada N'Gourma, accompanied by their supervisors, made a solidarity visit this Saturday, May 9, 2026, to the Faso Mªbo agency in Fada N'Gourma, where they presented a financial contribution of 300,000 CFA francs.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the student spokesperson, Os©e O. Apouri, a student of Modern Literature at the Yembila Abdoulaye Toguyeni University, stated that this contribution reflects the students' desire to support the actions for the development of Fada N'Gourma.

"The students reflected on what they could do concretely to advance Faso Mªbo in Fada. It is in this sense that we provided our financial support and also came to work on the site," he explained. In addition to the donation, the students took part in community service work, including collecting and arranging paving stones at the Faso M¨bo agency site.

Os©e O. Apouri indicated that this action will not be the last, assuring that the students intend to continue their mobilization to support civic and community activities in the city of Yendabli. He also invited all students in Fada N'Gourma to join this dynamic of solidarity and civic participation to contribute to the development of the city.
