Gourma/Faso Mªbo: A Koranic Student Contributes 50,000 CFA Francs

Seguenega: A Koranic student, Boukary Balima, donated 50,000 CFA francs to the Faso Mªbo agency in Fada N'Gourma this Saturday, May 2, 2026, while taking part in the work of collecting paving stones on the site.

According to Burkina Information Agency, this gesture, both financial and physical, illustrates Balima's intention to contribute to the collective effort of development and solidarity advocated by the national authorities.

Balima stated that his commitment is part of a dynamic of citizen mobilization in response to the call launched by the President of Faso, Ibrahim Traore. The President has been urging every Burkinabe to actively participate in the building of the country.

Balima's participation in fieldwork, in addition to his financial support, was praised by the site's managers. They regard his actions as an example of civic-mindedness and patriotism that should be promoted, particularly among young people.
