Ghana’s Black Queens to Face England in December Friendly

Accra: The women's national team of Ghana, known as the Black Queens, is set to play against England in a friendly match scheduled for December 2. This announcement was made by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Friday.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the GFA confirmed that an agreement has been reached between the Ghana and England football federations for this friendly encounter. The match aims to aid Ghana's preparations for upcoming international competitions, including the 2026 African Women's Cup of Nations.

The GFA noted that the fixture against England, a top-ranked side and reigning European champions, is anticipated to provide the Black Queens with a challenging test that will enhance the team's performance.
