Ouagadougou – The Federal Republic of Germany has provided military equipment to Burkina Faso’s Central Directorate of Military Engineering. This contribution is aimed at strengthening Burkina Faso’s military capabilities.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the donation, presented on Friday, includes rolling stock and two drinking water bottling systems. The total value of this logistical support is estimated at 25 million euros, or approximately 16 billion 398 million 925 thousand CFA francs. This gesture by Germany underscores the ongoing international support for Burkina Faso in its efforts to enhance national defense and military engineering capacities.
