Gayéri Celebrates New Roundabout Built Through Community Effort

GAYÉRI — The city of Gayéri now features a new roundabout, constructed through a collaborative effort between local authorities and the community.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the roundabout project was initiated by the communal authorities of Gayéri with support from citizen monitoring associations of Komondjari (CPAVC). The construction, which began on June 24, 2024, and completed on July 4, 2024, aims to improve traffic flow and will also serve as a central hub for city events. This development reflects the strong community involvement and planning capabilities of the local government and residents.
