Gauteng Police Pursue Suspects in Boksburg Cash-in-Transit Robbery

BOKSBURG - In the wake of a daring cash-in-transit robbery on the N12 near the Griffiths off-ramp in Boksburg, Gauteng police have issued an urgent appeal to the public. Law enforcement is on the hunt for two BMW vehicles, identified as a white X5 with registration HY 55 HF GP and a silver BMW X2 with registration KN 47 KK GP, believed to be the getaway cars used by the perpetrators.

According to South African Police Service, The robbery, executed by a group of at least twelve heavily armed suspects, resulted in the bombing of a cash van and the theft of an undisclosed sum of money.
