Facilitating the meeting, an extension officer in the directorate, Norman Rongee informed the group that the division of arts and culture through the National Arts Council of Namibia has funds available for their activities.

Rongee encouraged those present to submit their application forms to his office in Otjiwarongo before 01 November 2023, to be forwarded to the relevant offices in Windhoek for the 2024 sponsorship programmes.
The group also discussed the importance of b

A similar meeting is expected to also take place in Otavi and Okakarara next week, said Rongee.
