Final Election Results for Tsumkwe Constituency Announced

Tsumkwe: The Electoral Commission of Namibia on Friday announced the final results of the Regional Council Elections for the Tsumkwe Constituency in the Otjozondjupa Region.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the results reveal that Independent Candidate Petrus Mutji secured a total of 1,438 votes, leading the race. Following closely, the National Unity Democratic Organisation of Namibia's candidate, Kakutirua Matuka, received 1,224 votes. The Swapo Party's representative, Johannes Hausiku, garnered 923 votes.

The Popular Democratic Movement candidate, Rakutukavi Ngorio, obtained 121 votes, while the Landless People's Movement's Calvin Kazibe received 44 votes. The United Namibians Party's N!ani Richard Kxao concluded the list with 19 votes. Additionally, there were 30 rejected ballots.
