Mariental: The Electoral Commission of Namibia on Thursday released the final results of the 2025 Regional Council Election for the Rehoboth Rural Constituency in the Hardap Region.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the Swapo Party candidate, Gustaf Godfried Garoeb, secured victory with 1,095 votes. The Landless People's Movement (LPM) candidate, Gershon Daniel Francoir Dausab, received 498 votes. The candidate from the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC), Adriaan Beukes, garnered 114 votes, while the Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) candidate, Adoons Draghoender, obtained 99 votes.

In total, 1,806 votes were counted in this election, reflecting the participation of the electorate in the Rehoboth Rural Constituency. The announcement of these results concludes the electoral process for this constituency.
