NAHOURI — Fanta Jolie Mousso, a prominent social media influencer based in Burkina Faso for the past three years, has expressed her admiration for the authenticity and traditional aspects of the Nahouri murals, particularly those at the royal court of Tiébélé and the Binger hut.

According to Burkina Information Agency, who recently participated in a tourist tour to Nahouri organized by the Ministry of Tourism on August 17 and 18, the murals captivated her with their intricate curves and vibrant colors. She was especially taken by the wall decorations at the royal court of Tiébélé and Binger’s hut, praising their genuine and natural appeal in a world she feels is often overwhelmed by modernity.

Mousso highlighted the recent recognition of the Royal Court of Tiébélé as a UNESCO universal heritage site, noting its attraction lies in its authentic and traditional paintings. She commented on the widespread search for original, traditional experiences during her visit to Binger’s hut in Tiakané, a village located 7 kilometers west of Pô.

Promising to share the images she captured during her visit on her social networks, Mousso expressed hope that the visual allure of the Kassena murals will resonate widely, encouraging more people to appreciate and visit these culturally significant sites.
