Fada N’Gourma, Burkina Faso — The Preschool Education and Development Center in sector 11 of Fada N’Gourma has officially concluded its educational activities for the year on Friday, May 31, 2024. After eight months of operation, the institution celebrated the culmination of the school year by showcasing the talents and skills of its young attendees.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Christine Kaboré/Zongo, this year’s program was marked by a series of enriching educational experiences. The children demonstrated their acquired abilities through performances, including dances, songs, and theatrical plays focusing on themes of social cohesion, living together, and solidarity.

The center, under Kaboré’s guidance, adopted a playful and participatory educational approach, which encouraged the children to explore their creativity and enhance their capabilities in various fields. Activities throughout the year included art, reading, poetry, and science to foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Kaboré expressed her gratitude towards the educators, parents, and children for their dedication and active involvement throughout the educational cycle. She also acknowledged the support from supervisors and the local community, which played a crucial role in the success of the center’s programs.

As the academic year ends, Kaboré wished the children a joyful holiday and urged parents to ensure their safety and well-being during the break.
