Gourma/Education: The Fada N’Gourma early learning center takes stock of its activities



Ouagadougou: The Preschool Awakening and Education Center (CEEP) of sector 1 of Fada N’Gourma concluded its educational activities for the 2024-2025 school year on Saturday, May 31, 2025, in the city of Yendabili. After eight months of dedicated work with 328 children, the center celebrated the achievements and progress made during the academic year.



According to Burkina Information Agency, CEEP Director B©n©dicte Ou©draogo reported that despite challenges faced throughout the year, the center successfully achieved a completion rate of 92.82% for its activities. Ou©draogo commended the parents for their trust in the institution and emphasized the importance of parents fulfilling their responsibility by paying tuition fees in a timely manner.



Ou©draogo encouraged parents to engage with their children’s daily activities at the center and advised incorporating a balance of play and study during holidays to reinforce what has been learned at CEEP. The closing ceremony featured children in traditional costumes, highlighting a commitment to cultural heritage through activities such as traditional dances, fashion shows, sketches, and poetry.



The ceremony’s patron, Talardia Thiombiano, acknowledged the educators’ dedication to nurturing the next generation. Thiombiano also urged fellow parents to prioritize education by enrolling their children in school, underscoring its role as a fundamental pillar in shaping future leaders.
