ADDIS ABABA — The Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) and the Ministry of Peace have formalized a partnership aimed at enhancing conflict prevention and peace-building efforts through a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Signed by IFA Executive Director Jafar Bedru and State Minister of Peace Cherugeta Genene, the MoU focuses on sharing research data and resources to bolster the Peace Ministry’s role in foreign policy and regional affairs.
According to Ethiopian News Agency, the collaboration will support the Ministry’s involvement in international issues, contribute to policy direction, and address peace building, nation building, and conflict management, particularly with neighboring countries.
