Ethiopia Showcases Tourism Potential at International Exhibition in Berlin

BERLIN — Ethiopia’s Minister of Tourism, Nasise Chali, is participating in the International Tourism Exhibition (ITB) currently taking place in Berlin, Germany, from March 5 to 7, 2024. This year’s event aims to cover a broad spectrum of the tourism industry, offering a significant opportunity for nations and companies worldwide to highlight their tourist destinations and services.

According to Ethiopian News Agency, Minister Chali has utilized this platform to promote Ethiopia’s development projects in tourism and the country’s notable tourist attractions, emphasizing the government’s recent focus on enhancing the sector. In addition to showcasing Ethiopia’s tourism potential, she engaged in discussions with various international institutions to explore collaborative opportunities.

The event also features participation from numerous domestic tourism service providers, including Ethiopian Airlines, highlighting a collective effort to present Ethiopia’s diverse tourism offerings on the global stage.
