Addis ababa: Ethiopia and Austria have completed preparations for a business forum aimed at enhancing their economic cooperation. The event, which is set to take place on Tuesday, will see participation from several experienced Austrian companies, particularly from the health and manufacturing sectors.
According to the Ethiopian News Agency, Deputy Commissioner of the Ethiopian Investment Commission, Zeleke Temesgen, emphasized that the forum will be fundamental in strengthening the economic ties between the two nations by fostering beneficial investment opportunities in Ethiopia. Simone Knapp, the Austrian Ambassador to Ethiopia, highlighted the participation of companies engaged in critical sectors, reflecting the targeted approach of the forum to catalyze sector-specific collaborations.
