Ethio Engineering Group Partners with New Holland for Agricultural Mechanization

ADDIS ABABA – In a significant move towards enhancing agricultural mechanization, the Ethio Engineering Group (EEG) has signed an agreement with New Holland for the supply of semi-finished parts to assemble 500 tractors and 50 combine harvesters.



According to Ethiopian News Agency, The agreement, signed by EEG CEO Suleiman Dedefo and New Holland’s Middle East and Africa Business Director Ozkan Eren, aims to fulfill the domestic need for agricultural machinery within six months. This partnership is aligned with the government’s initiatives to boost agricultural productivity and mechanization. New Holland expressed its commitment to delivering quality products to support Ethiopia’s agricultural sector, marking a pivotal step in the collaboration between EEG and New Holland to equip Ethiopian farmers with essential technology for agricultural success.
