Ouagadougou: More than 2,000 agents from the School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) have officially graduated, ready to serve the public administration with commitment. The graduation ceremony for the 2021-2023 and 2022-2024 classes was held in Ouagadougou on Friday, presided over by Prime Minister Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ou©draogo.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the Director General of ENAM, Jacob Yarabatioula, announced that a total of 2,300 graduates are fully prepared to serve the state and local authorities. The classes, named "Virtuous Governance" for 2021-2023 and "Audacity" for 2022-2024, achieved success rates of 99% and 100%, respectively.
Mr. Yarabatioula attributed these achievements to the dedication and commitment of training stakeholders and the strategic plan for development and modernization (PSDM) of ENAM. The vision for 2026 is to elevate ENAM to a school of prestige, excellence, and innovation with national and international recognition.
Augustin Badolo, the general delegate of trainees, along with his colleagues, pledged to serve the state's interests with virtuous governance. "We are called upon today to receive our certificates as public officials, to serve the homeland with commitment by striving for excellence in our services within the public administration," he stated.
Prime Minister Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ou©draogo noted that the class names "Virtuous Governance" and "Audacity" align with President Ibrahim Traor©'s vision, emphasizing good governance as crucial for building a prosperous Burkina Faso. He encouraged the graduates to become ambassadors of ENAM and uphold its values by being examples of probity and competence.
During the ceremony, 29 personalities were honored for their contributions to public administration.
