Dori: The Sahel regional coordinator of popular shareholding for community entrepreneurship, Mr. Hama Sambaré, engaged with educational staff on Saturday, November 16, 2024, in Dori to discuss and promote a presidential initiative aimed at garnering their support and subscriptions. This initiative, launched in June 2023 in Burkina Faso, seeks to mobilize 300 billion FCFA in financial capital for the establishment of national companies.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Mr. Hama Sambaré explained that the targeted sectors for this initiative include agriculture, textiles, agri-food, and mining. He emphasized the importance of these sectors in driving the initiative’s goals. In his role since May 2024, Mr. Sambaré has interacted with various social groups, including the defense and security forces, to further the initiative’s reach and impact.
Mr. Sambaré reported that nearly 400 subscribers have joined the initiative, contributing approximately 8 million FCFA to date. He encouraged the educational sta
ff to participate and subscribe, highlighting the potential for job creation, national sovereignty, and financial gains through dividends from shareholdings.
The participants expressed appreciation for the initiative, seizing the opportunity to understand its multifaceted approach and benefits.
