The project’s goal is to bolster job creation and economic transformation by improving access to finance, markets, technologies, and skilled labor for micro, small, and medium enterprises. Barry noted that ECOTEC is a six-year initiative structured into four main components: MSME development, access to financing and investments, workforce development, and emergency response strategies, with a total investment of 9.5 billion FCFA targeting 1,550 entrepreneurs.
