Dj´r´ Regional Education Subcommittee Examines 329 Assignment Files for Upcoming School Year

Dj´r´: The Dj´r´ Regional Directorate of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education (DREPPNF) held its regional assignment subcommittee session this Wednesday, focusing on 329 assignment and transfer files. Chaired by Jean Pierre PAR‰, head of the governorate's human resources department and representative of the Governor, the session dealt with 311 assignment files for personal convenience and 18 transfer files.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the meeting aimed to address the personnel needs of the provinces through fair and transparent assignments that reflect the region's educational requirements. The goal was to ensure a balanced return to school with assignments that align with on-the-ground realities.

In his address, Si© PAL‰, the Regional Director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education, underscored the importance of fairness and rigor in the assignment process. Jean Pierre PAR‰, president of the subcommittee, praised the dedication of the DREPPNF and highlighted the strategic management of human resources as vital for tackling the region's educational challenges.

Throughout the session, subcommittee members meticulously reviewed the 329 files, assessed the needs put forth by provincial directors, and endorsed proposals to enhance educational coverage throughout the region. The meeting was marked by a spirit of collaboration and responsibility, leaving participants with actionable recommendations for implementing the assignments effectively.
