Djibo: The Secretary General of the Soum Province, Mr. LossEni II Jumeau Woni, representing the High Commissioner of Soum, invited candidates to demonstrate discipline, courage and perseverance in order to approach the school exams with serenity, on Monday, during the official launch of the sports tests of the Brevet d'Etudes du premier cycle (BEPC).
According to Burkina Information Agency, the Secretary General of the Soum province, accompanied by a provincial delegation, officially launched the BEPC sports events in Djibo on Monday. Addressing the candidates, he stressed the importance of these tests in their academic journey, urging them to approach them with seriousness and commitment.
"Sporting events should not be seen as a mere formality, but as an opportunity to demonstrate your discipline, courage and determination," he said. The High Commissioner's representative also praised the students' resilience in a context marked by numerous challenges, while encouraging them to demonstrate fair play and concentration during assessments.
Following the launch ceremony, the delegation visited the graduating class. With the baccalaureate exams just weeks away, Mr. Woni encouraged them to redouble their efforts for this final stretch. He encouraged them to persevere in their revisions, to be disciplined, and to remain hopeful in order to transform the efforts of the school year into success.
