Ouagadougou: The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Cooperation and Burkinabe Abroad granted an audience to the head of Jovial Production, the director and producer of the satirical series "Bienvenue   Kikid©ni." Ms. Aminata Diallo/Glez presented the project for the second season of the series and sought support from the Department in charge of Foreign Affairs to mobilize partners for its production.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the first season of "Bienvenue   Kikid©ni" enjoyed notable success, prompting Diallo/Glez to aim higher with the second season, which will consist of 60 episodes. The realization of this ambitious project requires significant resources. Through this series, Diallo/Glez aspires to provide a realistic and impactful representation of Burkinabe and African society through committed social satire.

HE Karamoko Jean Marie Traore congratulated the head of Jovial Production for her dedication and professionalism in cinema, acknowledging the public's appreciation for her work. He expressed his intention to assist in securing the necessary support to ensure the project's success. This initiative by the Department of Foreign Affairs aims to enhance the profile of Burkinabe cinema, much to the delight of film enthusiasts.
