Deputy Chief of Staff of Armed Forces Engages with Djibo Community on Security

DJIBO — Colonel Moussa Diallo, Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces (CEMGAA), met with the Forces vives of Djibo to discuss the ongoing fight against terrorism and the challenges faced by the local defense and security forces.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Colonel Diallo reassured the community of Burkina Faso's commitment to combating terrorism despite ongoing difficulties. He emphasized the importance of unity, social cohesion, and cooperation with the military. Colonel Diallo urged the population to remain vigilant against fake news and reiterated that the concerns and grievances of the people, particularly regarding security and the care of internally displaced persons (IDPs), would be relayed to top authorities.
