Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) experienced a mixed performance at today’s stock exchange meeting, with varying results across its indices.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index saw a slight increase, closing at a value of 167.240, reflecting a 0.370% rise and generating a traded value of 660,949.450 euros. The Main Market Index, however, experienced a minor decline of 0.110%, ending at 225.200 with a traded value of 614,135.470 euros.
In contrast, the Investment Companies Market Index fell by 0.300%, closing at 3,201.030 and recording a traded value of 37,745.810 euros. Meanwhile, the CSE General Index showed positive momentum, increasing by 0.370% to reach 275.840, with a total traded value of 665,328.210 euros.
The Hotels Index remained unchanged, maintaining a steady value of 1,600.360 with a traded value of 3,972.510 euros. On the other hand, the Alternative Market Index saw the most significant growth among the indices, rising by 0.970% to close at 1,824.830, with a traded value of 51,192.740 euros.
