Zagreb — In response to catastrophic flooding in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Croatia has pledged €10 million to assist its neighboring country. This aid comes alongside the deployment of rescue teams and essential equipment aimed at alleviating the disaster's impact.

According to Namibia Press Agency, Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic announced the financial assistance and expressed solidarity with BiH during a press conference on Sunday. He emphasized Croatia's commitment to supporting its neighbor through additional resources from the Civil Protection services, Interior Ministry, Defense Ministry, and the Croatian Red Cross as required by the evolving situation in BiH.

The recent floods in BiH have resulted in significant casualties and damage, with at least 19 people reported dead. Croatia's swift response underscores its readiness to assist in regional crises, reflecting a deep bond between the two nations.
