CPC Holds Symposium to Commemorate 110th Birth Anniversary of Hu Yaobang

Beijing: The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee on Thursday held a symposium to mark the 110th anniversary of the birth of Hu Yaobang, a former prominent leader of the Party, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, delivered an important speech at the meeting.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the event was part of a series of activities organized to honor Hu Yaobang's contributions to the Party and the nation. Hu Yaobang is remembered for his efforts in advancing reforms and promoting development during his tenure.

The symposium highlighted Hu Yaobang's significant role in modernizing China and his dedication to the principles and values of the CPC. His leadership style and policies are often credited with laying the groundwork for China's economic transformation.
