With three points, the senior women’s national football team lead group B of the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA) tournament, known as the COSAFA Cup, which is taking place at the Lucas Moripe stadium in the South African city of Pretoria.

The Angolans beat the Comoros Islands 5-0 in their opening match and benefited from a 0-0 draw between Zambia and Mozambique.
