The ADB had excluded the company Joycot General Contractors Limited from its calls for tenders for a period of fifteen months, for fraudulent practices. An investigation by the Bank Group Integrity and Anti-Corruption Office (PIAC) has established that Joycot General Contractors Limited, engaged in fraudulent practices during a tender for construction of distribution sewerage networks in Kahawa West, Kahawa Sukari, under the Sewerage Improvement Project Phase II, Kenya.
