Ouagadougou, The President of the Transition, Head of State, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE received in audience this Monday, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Burkina Faso, Fahad Bin Abdulrahman H. ALDISARI, carrying a letter of invitation from the Saudi King, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al SAUD to the Head of State of Burkina Faso.

The Saudi diplomat discussed with Captain Ibrahim TRAORE on subjects of common interest to strengthen relations between the two countries.

At the end of the audience, he declared that he had “given the Head of State an official invitation from the Saudi King to take part in the Saudi-African summit scheduled to be held on November 10 in Saudi Arabia.”

This summit, according to Mr. ALDISARI, will be a forum for Burkina Faso and other African countries to revisit the areas of cooperation with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to sign bilateral agreements for the achievement of the objectives and aspirations of the peoples. .
