This approval allows President Ibrahim Traoré to proceed with the promulgation of the law.
According to Burkina Information Agency, this decision also covered another legal framework involving the Superior Council of the Magistracy, confirming its alignment with the nation’s Constitution regarding its attributions, composition, organization, and functioning. These approvals ensure that both pieces of legislation are constitutionally sound and ready for implementation.
