Commune of Dano Appoints Ars¨ne Armand Hien as Goodwill Ambassador

Dano: The special municipal delegation of Dano has appointed Ars¨ne Armand Hien as a goodwill ambassador, recognizing his contributions toward enhancing public health services in the municipality.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Ars¨ne Armand Hien, who serves as the Director General of the African Regional Center for Labor Administration in Yaound©, was acknowledged by the special communal delegation of Dano for his civic efforts. On Friday, January 17, 2025, he was officially named 'Goodwill Ambassador of the commune of Dano.'

Hien received the appointment certificate from Denis Zanr©, the president of the Dano municipal special delegation. The ceremony saw the presence of Youoriki¨ Aristide Dabir©, the first vice-president of the special communal delegation, and Elis©e Bambara, the secretary general of the town hall of Dano.

In addition to the ambassadorial appointment, Hien was awarded a certificate of recognition for his contributions to improving public health services in Dano from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024. Denis Zanr© expressed his appreciation for Hien's consistent support and generosity, emphasizing that Hien was always responsive to public service challenges and intervened to aid the community's welfare.

Hien expressed surprise at the recognition, stating his long-standing commitment to supporting development activities in Dano. He emphasized the importance of assisting state actors in promoting community development and addressing the functional needs of public services.

In his role, Hien has notably repaired two ambulances for the Medical Center with Surgical Antenna and donated 25 mattresses to the maternity ward of the Urban Medical Center of Dano. This nomination, according to Hien, serves as motivation to continue his efforts for the community's benefit.
