Ouagadougou: The National Center for Strategic Studies (CNES) hosted its annual Partners Day in Ouagadougou, unveiling new training programs designed to bolster Burkina Faso's ability to meet security challenges. According to Burkina Information Agency, Brigadier General Aim© Barth©l©my Simpor©, Director General of CNES, emphasized the dual mission of the center, which includes strategic research and the training of senior civilian and military officials. This initiative aims to produce knowledge essential for decision-making while equipping officials with insights into strategy, geopolitics, and geostrategy.

General Simpor© highlighted the annual event's role in fostering partnerships, showcasing the institution's work, and rallying stakeholders around its future goals. This year's focus was on creating new educational programs, including master's degrees and certificates, catering to a broad audience from administrative executives to students and various socio-professional groups.

He urged for the widespread promotion of these educational offerings to cultivate a well-informed citizenry capable of comprehending strategic issues and contributing to a more resilient Burkina Faso.

Colonel-Major C©leste-Joseph Moussa Koulibaly, commander of the Tiefo Amoro Higher Military Education Institute, commended CNES as a pivotal force in strategic thinking within the country. He underscored the importance of collaboration in the training of military officers and auditors.
